ITALIAN EDITION – Con questo post aggiungiamo un altro argomento al blog che interessa molto chi è appassionato di Fashion e Lifestyle:la Beauty Lounge è uno spazio in cui raccoglieremo da oggi tutto ciò che ha a che fare con la bellezza e l’estetica più in generale.Il punto di partenza è che proprio il concetto di “bellezza” è cambiato nel tempo e da semplice dono della natura è divenuto un elaborato e continuo percorso di ricerca a cui, tutte le donne e non solo, ormai danno un’importanza sempre più crescente. Ovviamente questo è legato alla civiltà dell’immagine che ormai ci pone davanti all’evidenza del nostro corpo, come non era mai stato fatto prima, esponendoci durante tutta la giornata a centinaia di occasioni in cui la presenza estetica diventa prima di tutto linguaggio del corpo.

ITALIAN EDITION – Oggi che lo specchio più comune è quello dello smartphone, è chiaro che la distorsione dell’immagine c’è, esiste ed è reale, e questa influenza la nostra idea di sè stessi. L’uso delle applicazioni di foto ritocco, che utilizziamo per elaborare la nostra immagine “social” nel web, sposta ogni giorno più avanti l’orizzonte e apparo chiaro come si sia creata una nuova bolla emotiva in cui la bellezza non è piu quella del semplice specchio , ma piuttosto un mix virtuale e reale che si fondono insieme. Le generazioni precedenti non hanno mai avuto un così stretto rapporto con la propria immagine, e durante la loro vita difficilmente potevano osservarsi da tutte le angolazioni possibili e con la stessa frequenza che oggi uno smartphone può offrire. Non è più quindi questione di quanto ci si senta belle, o di quanto sia forte il bisogno di cura e attenzioni che vogliamo dedicarci, ma è questione di quanto il proprio equilibrio psicologico riesca a resistere nel vedersi continuamente messo in discussione da qualche selfie venuto male o da una inquadratura sbagliata.E così come lo shopping, anche la medicina estetica segue dei percorsi di moda e tendenze che, a differenza dell’innocuo “Fashion Shopping” – dove di pericoloso c’è solo l’uso del smodato del portafoglio – ha una pericolosa controindicazione legata al fatto gli interventi vanno eseguiti fatti da mani esperte e specializzate.
